Axon A – PS Membrane Cartridge is constructed of highly asymmetric hydrophilic Polysulfone membrane with Polypropylene components. The high asymmetric media structure promises a great particle retention efficiency and low protein absorption. Upstream media layer functions as pre-filtration is designed to retain big contaminants like solid particles. Meanwhile, downstream layer with smaller pore size acts as a precise-filter layer to retent the rest of the contaminants. The cage, PP core and end cap are thermally welded without adhesive. All cartridges are manufactured and assembled in clean room environment.
